I almost died on the shuttle bus today.
I’m not being dramatic by saying that (Okay, so maybe just a little . . . but I almsot died!). On the shuttle bus this morning, I was one of the last ones to get onto it and missed getting a seat by two or three people. It was not good. Not good at all! That meant that I had to stand. That meant that I had to hyper-extend my arm and reach the pole that was barely reachable for my grasp. That meant that I would dislocate my shoulder while on the ride and probably would lose my balance. That meant that I would want to die on the shuttle bus (So much for not being dramatic, eh?).
However, I lucked out today. I was able to grab a pole that I could comfortably reach and hold onto for dear life. Boy, let me tell you how hard I was gripping that thing! The driver was not a very considerate driver. I think that he should go back to Driver Ed. and learn how to drive because he slammed on the brakes without needing to, ran into a curb, took bumps fast, and made several people who were standing lose their balance. And the best part is I almost fell on someone. Epic fail.
