Good morning everyone!
What a crazy day it’s been so far. I ran some errands after breakfast this morning and I just got back. I though that I would post real quick before I hit the gym with cardio and strength training this morning.
From everything that I have read breakfast is supposed to be the highest calorie meal of the day so I went for a bagel and a Chobani Greek yogurt (I honestly love those things. You gotta try them if you haven’t!). It was super yummy. Anyway, I’m off to the gym! Have a great day everyone!
